The Role
In the role, you will:
•Respond to phone and email enquiries from commercial customers
•Email product information to the customer
•Process orders and quotes
•Update the customer on the estimated time of arrival (ETA's) for deliveries
•Investigate and resolve customer issues
•Support the Australian customer service team with overflow orders
The Requirements
To be considered, you will have:
•Minimum 1-2 years of internal customer service/sales support experience
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
•Experience processing customer orders
•Desire to learn new skills
